Dr. Mishra has over 30 years of
experience in the IT industry and academics. He worked
in senior technology leadership positions of prominent
MNCs like DEC, Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Sun and Novell
and was involved in the development and support of many
prominent system software products of these companies.
Early in his career, he worked for Government of India
at National Informatics Center, as the Head of their
System Software Group and led efforts to roll out a
successful UNIX variant and a Linux distribution. His
contributions to open source software has also been
substantial. He is an alumnus of IIT Kanpur. |
